Supplies needed for all students taking a high school history course
2010-11
(World History II, U.S. History I, or U.S. History II)

If your student will be taking a high school history course, he/she will need the following materials for the coming school year:

1 assignment pad - (assignment pads are not provided for high school students - it is STRONGLY recommended that you purchase one you like for use in all your classes)

1 - 3 ring binder - 1" size
notebook paper for binder
blue or black pens or regular pencils with erasers for daily use
paper (grocery) bag for covering history textbook (not stretchy or sticky cover)
1 box 8 -12 colored pencils
1 hand-held sharpener for colored pencils
1 ruler or straight edge - (if plastic ruler with holes, can keep in 3-ring binder)
1 box 8 magic markers (thin)
1 glue stick

optional - (depending on student preference)
highlighters
index cards (for making flash cards)
post-it flags

The following donations of classroom supplies would also be greatly appreciated:
- tissues (will not be supplied in classrooms otherwise)
- any extras of the above items for students who are unable to provide them
