There are contests to enter each day this week. Click on the day of the week below to access the contest web page.
We are also having a week-long "Make a Bookmark" contest. Open the template on the desktop of the library computers. Use Adobe Photoshop Elements to design a bookmark. Print out your design and hand it in at the circulation desk. Save your bookmark to your server so that we can access it if your bookmark is chosen as the winner. Copies of the winning bookmark will be printed for use in the library.
Daily Contests
Monday Use the HRHS Online Catalog to find the correct answers and win a prize! Remember, the catalog can only be accessed at HRHS.
Tuesday
To answer the questions in this contest you will use the American Memory site sponsored by the Library of Congress.
Wednesday Use the Internet Movie database to answer the questions about books that have been made into movies
Thursday Use the Facts On File databases to find the answers to the questions.
Friday - "Name That Tune"
This contest will open as a Voice Thread presentation.
Remember...The Library Gaming Tournament is on Tuesday, March 10 from 2:30-5:30 in the HRHS Library. This year we have Guitar Hero, Wii Tennis, Rock Band and DDR competitions. Sign up by Monday March 9th.
