 <h3>Come run in the woods to support XC </h3>
 On
 Saturday, June 17, the Hampshire Regional boys’ and girls’ cross 
country teams are once again hosting their community 5K cross country 
race, starting and finishing at the school on Stage Rd. in Westhampton.&nbsp; For the “School’s DONE! Raider 
Run”, runners of all ages and abilities are encouraged to experience the beautiful and challenging course that traverses rolling 
country roads and wooded trails. This is a fun and low-key community 
event that supports an active lifestyle and the spirit of healthy 
competition with good sportsmanship. There are awards for overall and 
age group winners, and plenty of door prizes available for all 
participants. &nbsp;There are special awards for top HRHS alumni and staff 
finishers.&nbsp; In addition to the 5K, there is a 1 mile fun run for younger
 folks.&nbsp; The 5K begins at 9:00 am, and the 1 mile at 9:45.&nbsp; With over 50
 participants, the cross country team is one of the largest programs at 
HRHS.&nbsp; Proceeds from this race will help fund transportation and entry 
fees for invitational races. Entries can be made online at runreg.com, or print and mail an entry form (see files on the right). Race day check in begins at 8:00 am.
