The HRHS Drama Company presents two Mainstage productions each school year, a Fall production in early November and a Spring production in the middle of May. These productions can range from comedy to drama, and may be full-length plays or a collection of one-acts. Mainstage productions are cast by audition and take place in the HRHS Auditorium. They can be presented either Proscenium-style or in a Black Box.

Some productions are directed by seniors who have earned the privilege to helm their own project. Other leadership roles for students might include Stage Managing, Lighting and Sound Design, Technical Direction, or Costume or Props Chief.
